We process data in order to:

• Your name, contact details (i.e. mobile phone numbers, email address) and emergency contacts (i.e. name and mobile phone numbers) and

• Any other information you may provide to Us including that which you provide by filling in the contact form on our website.

How we collect the information

We collect this information from you directly, via our website, email or in paper form.

Why we collect the information and how we use it

We will typically collect and use this information for the following purposes:

• For the performance of a contract with you, or to take steps to enter into a contract;

• To enter into client relationships and provide the services you have asked us to provide;

We seek to ensure that our information collection and processing is always proportionate. We will notify you of any material changes to information we collect or to the purposes for which we collect and process it.

How we may share the information

We will never sell your information or pass it to any third party for marketing purposes or for any other purpose unconnected with my business.

• To protect our rights, property, or safety or that of our clients or any third party we interact with.

Other than as set out above and save insofar as is necessary in order for us to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between us and you, we will not share your data with third parties unless we have procured your express consent to do so.

Information is securely stored at the registered address for the business

Information is stored on secure systems provided by our third party service provider within Jersey and the UK. No data is transferred to any “third countries”.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal information was collected.

Your rights

• Receive the personal data concerning you which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to a third party in certain situations;

• Object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for direct marketing.

• Object to decisions being taken by automated means which produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you;

• Object in certain other situations to our continued processing of your personal data;

• Otherwise restrict our processing of your personal data in certain circumstances; and

• Claim compensation for damages caused by our breach of any data protection laws.

Keeping your personal information secure

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website.
